It's about time that someone took a practical approach and finally faced reality.

This is not talking about high school kids who "love" each other and want to recreate MTV spring break.
From a general perspective, I think this is a bad idea. I think it cheapens kiddushin if you make it all about permitting sex. At least for me, having to deal with the idea and prospect of children early on made the whole concept of marriage a lot more real and serious, and I was quite young. Taking that away makes it just about making concessions to urges.

I recognize that this is not about high school kids or even older teenagers - it is a practical approach to a problem that no one has been willing to even address until now. I am not saying it is the best approach, just recognizing the fact that someone is doing something.
