So after investigating in all of my copious amounts of spare time I decided to go with FeedDemon as my new reader (thanks to all who suggested it). So now I am still faced with the issue of getting all of my feeds out of my old reader. The program only exports out to xml and not opml. I converted it over to csv and was hoping someone has a good idea of a way to convert it over so it can be brought in to FeedDemon. Here is a sample of the csv:
language,group,title,link
en-us,Netflix,Hacking NetFlix,http://www.hackingnetflix.com/netflix/index.rdf
en-us,Lit Support,Law.com Newswire,http://www.law.com/newswire_rss.xml
en-us,Lit Support,Electronic Discovery Law,http://www.ediscoverylaw.com/index.xml
Anyone have any suggestions?
Refresh my memory, but what was your old reader?
Actually, if rssreader can have everything outputed as an RSS file, FeedDemon will read that in.
I have no easy way to convert it, though, as the OPML files generated by FeedDemon contain much more data than what I tend to find in Radio Userland.
That said, have you posted to the FeedDemon forums? Nick is pretty good in getting back to people.
