What is a hero? Is it someone who does something for others or can a person be a hero on his own? This whole Pat Tilmann thing – if he was only doing it for his own personal reasons does that make him a hero? Does a person who joins the army of any country automatically become a hero? What about the person who is only doing it for the money or education? If they are considered heroes, than what differentiates them from the mercenaries for hire?
