I am a huge Kevin Smith fan. I think his movies are works of genius. Dogma is one of the best commentaries on organized religion no matter what faith you may suscribe to. So now he has his new one Jersey Girl coming out. I was really worried that it was going to be lost in the Bennifer hype. If the trailer means anything it looks like she gets a total of 6 seconds of screen time which in my book is not a bad thing.

Ya, I hope it's not cheesey. I mean, the most "intelligent" of Smith's films IMO was Chasing Amy, even though it's the...uh...hardest to swallow in terms of some of the content.
Hopefully this one will be just as intelligent but mebbe not so abrasive...mebbe.
